I remember the million different thoughts going through my head and was confused with where to begin. My first decision was my best decision, reaching out to Kevin Mattson. Fast forward 4 years later. My girlfriend (at the time) and I were browsing high level for homes in the Lake Country Area. She came across one as we were driving back from a wedding in MN. She drove by the property, called me and said “what do we need to do to have this be our home”. Without hesitation, I knew we had to reach out to Kevin. He got us a tour of the property within 2 days. Within 4 days he worked with us to draft up an offer and next thing you know, they accepted our offer. "10/10 recommend working with Kevin! Being a first-time home buyer comes with a lot of uncertainty and nerves. Kevin really put me at ease. I could text him or email him with any type of question and he would respond right away with a knowledgeable answer. Working with him is the perfect mix of professional and personable. He lets you know right away that there is no such thing as too many questions - he encourages them! Plus, he really makes the whole process about you.
